The Technical Service is the specialized area dedicated to providing support and maintenance for equipment, devices, or systems to ensure their proper functioning. This service includes diagnostics, fault repair, component updates, technical advisory, and in some cases, product installation.
R+D+I Service
Create new knowledge, develop innovative technologies, and improve products, processes, or services. Research (R) focuses on exploring and discovering new concepts or scientific advances; Development (D) brings these findings to the creation of prototypes or applicable solutions; while Innovation (I) involves the implementation of these solutions in the market or in internal processes.
